Installed the latest version of the RPCS3. I set it up according to the instructions of the official Russian community. Even after that I have problems with Vulkan. DX12 and OpenGL - work, but during the gameplay I got only 7 fps. Please help fix the Vulkan.
My Hardware (Laptop):
Intel Core i5-4210H @ 2.90GHz (4 CPU's)
8 GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX 850M

I don't know what instructions are you talking about, we don't have any official Russian community.
Read the quickstart guide at https://rpcs3.net/quickstart for correct setup instructions.
I also removed the console output flood.

For just watching the screenshots though you have to set Frame Limiter to Auto.
Crashes on Persona 5 are common at the moment and will happen randomly, low FPS is also expected, specially on bad dual-core CPUs like the one you have.
You also have an ancient build, get the latest from our website.
