Vulkan not showing up as a renderer option

The only options that I have for renderers are OpenGL and null. I'm not much a tech savvy but it would be great if anyone could explain to me why this is. I'm using an Intel i5-5200 with intel hd graphics.

That iGPU doesn't support vulkan. Regardless though the i5 5200U is a low powered laptop CPU which is a 2.2ghz Dual-Core you're not going to be able to play much at all with that CPU it's far too weak.
