Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of Patriots [BLES00246]

Hi,
i'm new and noob on use this emulator and have has goal to play this game.
First all, my pc spec :
CPU : i5-9600k ( No Overclock )
GPU : Msi GTX 1080 8gb
RAM : Gskill Trident 3000mhz 16GB
OS : Windows 11 Pro 24H2
SSD : XPG ADATA SSD GAMMIX S11 PRO 512GB M.2 PCIe GEN3x4 2280 ( used for host Windows )
HDD : Wester Digital WD10EZEX HDD Internal 3.5"  1 TB ( used for host emulator and games )

I used this guide : https://wiki.rpcs3.net/index.php?title=M...e_Patriots , but :

- if active library  "libvdec"  , the cutscene TV showed with crackilng sound ( without this, the video and sound are better )

-  the max fps is 60, but in the first scene after TV show, drops until 15fps ( scene when elicopter fly on the battlefield ) with crack audio.

- the max gpu load is 45%, althougth the CPU is always 100% ( bottleneck on cpu? )

- all drivers are updated

- if i use PPU/SPU LLVM Precompilaton , the game crash everywhere, so i deactived this configuration

I tried to change Vblank with 240hz, but hasn't effect ( tried with 120hz , nothing changed )
