Known Issue: Error 0x0000142 while starting RPCS3 on Windows 10/11 systems

Since a while I'm following the RPCS3 project and I use it with satisfaction, I can see at each release improvements: I use Fallout 3 GOTY as test.

Since a couple of week I can't update any more RPCS3. If I do the program do not start at all. Few second after double click on icon, I got a W10 message box stating "Impossible to start correctly the application (0x0000142). Click on OK to close the appliocation".

I start having the issue with 0.0.34-17151. Last, still working perfectly, release I can use is 0.0.33-17022.

Today I downloaded the last release 0.0.34.17169, but no way to start the application.

Any hint how to solve it?
