Looks like your game dump is corrupted, from the game's own console output:

Startup text:Fastfile for zone 'code_post_gfx' is corrupt or unreadable.
Patch boot.
INSTALL: Checking for /dev_bdvd/PS3_GAME/USRDIR/english/install.ipak...
