I'm pretty sure you're hitting a corner case we haven't accounted for as you have one of those rare Intel CPUs that come with AMD integrated graphics.

Am I out of luck on this topic? Maybe I try to install an earlier version of AMD driver, since RPCS3 worked up until earlier this year when I updated.
Run the latest master, it has some more diagnostic information for failed driver loading. Attach the log file after it crashes.
