Hello, I am new in the forum too, been enjoying RPCS3 and I felt I should contribute the bare minimum which is talk about compatibility.

Yes, COD4 is tagged under playable but I faced the exact same issue that you have listed.
I think it is best to list it under in-game so that people are not mislead.
