Game is known to not reach the menu when either slow hardware or bad settings are used, need to play around with settings and see if the CPU can handle it.

The game serial [BCAS25016] which is not in the capatybility list , and can't be found in the forum ,so I post a new thread.
Firt time when I ran the game,it actully can be run Ingame, with the older verson(rpcs3-v0.0.20-13252-6c5b8dc3_win64), on the sane machine,the fps was between 15 and 20.
And I thouht maybe the latest version of emulator would work better, and I updated it, and then things happend like I described above.
Although, I tried to download the old version ,and ran the game again , but it didn't run ingame anymore .
Today, I updated the emulator to the latest version(rpcs3-v0.0.22-13599-f2920bc3_win64), still , can't run ingame.
