Low end PC helo

Hi, i just downloaded rpcs3, i also downloaded tekken 5 DR, and looking to follow it up with 6 and Tag 2, i have a fairly low end pc (specs below) and i would like to ask about what configs i should set for getting 60fps, i can sacrifice resoloution.
specs:
Windows 10 x64bit
Ram 12gb ddr3
Nvidia GeForce GT640 4gb
intel core i3 3rd gen

any help would be appreciated.

That's interesting, i wonder what motivate you to play rpcs3 with a pc way under the rpcs3 emulator requirement. 
You need to upgrade pc, it's not playable.
