Known Issue: Unhandled Win32 exception 0xC0000005 on Module name: 'msvcrt.dll'

I just download and install the latest version of RPCS3 to Win10 x64 (latest update)

- Win10 10.0.19043 x64
- AMD Ryzen 5 3600 (Latest Chipset Driver) 2.17.25.506
- Inno GTX 1660Ti (Latest Driver) 4.66.63
- try re-install all the VC_redist_x64

after unzip RPCS3 zip files, and run rpcs3.exe , (also tried run as admin, same error)

It pops out an error, any advise how I can fix this error and able to run rpcs3 ? thanks
