Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction [BCES00052]

These are the same settings as mine.

As so often, I again had a look through all the settings, hoping to find a suspicious one.
Then just for testing I tried disabling TSX Instructions and BOOM, it runs perfectly fine and smooth as butter in 4k.

But I'm curious, because on my i9 9900k these should work I thought, shouldn't they?
