Uninstall the standalone 2015, 2017 and 2019 redistributables and install https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/VC_redist.x64.exe which is a compendium of 2015-2019 MSVC redistributables
If it still doesn't work, try moving out your config.yml and games.yml as they may be broken
