Super Robot Wars Taisen Z3 Tengoku-Hen [BLJS10299]

The black screen is still there, i try in any forms of configurations and nothing, red code + black screen but shows FPS , maybe the game is playble but it need's more than configurations to work, someone knows how to decrypt stages? I want to play tengoku since 2014/2015, i bought the game from amazon, if there is a way to extract the stages.
