Star Ocean 4 International [BLUS30462]

Just a quick update for the new build that auto loads the libraries (48b05838).

Still just a black screen but it does consistently pop the "Unimplemented SPU xxxx" messages. SPU recompiler doesn't provide a black screen but it does provide a window, which is a step up from previous builds, at least for me.

Seems like this one won't go any further unless some extra calls get implemented. Shame as from what I can see that's a medium term goal. Still, will keep on testing on each build, cause you never know
