Just to add to what tambre said,
0xc00007b commonly happens when a 64 bit app asks your computer for a dll and gets the 32 bit version. You need to verify that you have all your dependencies as per the instructions.
This could also happen if you were using a 32 bit OS but I think it would be strange for windows not to catch that prior to getting an image format error. I'm not an expert though so I could be mistaken.
