Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time [BCES00748]

Same game as BCES00726 or BCES00511, I believe. I was told by Arbiter that I could submit this without testing the game, since it's basically just another European variant with other languages

I hope that running the game and let it reach the title screen is enough for the RPCS3 log
