firmware installation error

When i try to install the ps3 firmware it crashes at 17%. I already tried it with deleting dev_flash and deactivate my antivirus
"·E 0:00:13.355637 {Firmware Installer} GUI: Error while installing firmware: TAR contents are invalid." is in the log.

Caused by external software such as anti-virus, nothing else I can suggest
