RPCS3 Not working?

So I downloaded the zip file in the download section, I am happy to finally get to play one of the games I liked so much on pc. Once I download the zip file I open it up, and it's empty. What's the problem?[Image: f4ba9515c6b77e12a1014a59534990b4.png]

Ancient version of WinRAR. Update your installed software, that version of WinRAR should be over a decade old.
