Transferring saves to a later build

Hi! Just a quick question on how I would transfer my saves of a game to a later build rpcs3. I am currently replaying persona 5 on the emulator but when new builds of it come out I would like to continue my progress on those new builds.

Just paste the new build contents over the current ones and replace
