So im trying to boot Demons Souls and i keep getting the message "PS3 executable not found" any idea what file i may be missing?

Your rip is probably corrupted. Don't move files around, rip the game and don't touch it after finishing.
Rip the game again, select boot game and boot PS3_GAME folder
