Discord Ban Appeal

I'm here to give a very polite rendition of how things went. I've been in the discord server for a while now, trying to get help from friends who are absolutely asinine only because I personally am interested in emulators. I've had a morning full of screaming because my best friend has no idea of why his games still go so slow after upgrading his CPU and I told him I couldn't help him for the exact reasons you know so damn well. So I've asked about if it's normal for the emulator to do so with every game and why I couldn't ask for specific help. I was NOT requesting help about a pirated game, I was asking a question about the emulator itself and said why I could not provide a log. First, it's not mine, second, it wouldn't have been accepted and I would have been banned anyway.

What I really dislike is being banned with no proof I've got cracked games, nor having been given a warning since I was NOT talking ABOUT cracked games, but I was chatting about is as an issue. I do not condone piracy.

I hope this can be resolved as a simple misunderstanding and that I can at least be given the opportunity to talk about this as an adult since I don't own a PS3 anymore, nor I have the money, or the will to buy a new one, but I'm still interested in the concept of emulators. I don't EXPECT you to unban me, I just don't find to have broken the second rule and I won't have the means to appeal for in that way.
