The Application crashes when going to File

This is my system. AS you can see (sorry for the italian) I evidenced that it does indeed run on the minimum requirements



However, when I activate RPCS3, without even needing to try to play game, merely by going to install firmware, the application crashes going into Fatal Error. What should I do?
