This is in game. The performance is rough and unstable. The menu's framerate is in the low teens to single digits, however performance in game is better. It can usually achieve 25+ fps, but it's unstable. The game will crash before I can finish the first downhill race. I tried changing the recompiler to ASMJIT and the SPU block size from Safe to Mega.
Those did affect the performance, but it still keeps crashing.
