Yakuza: Dead Souls Crashes on Building SPU Cache - BigShiba - 03-09-2025 Hi All, I know there was a post about this issue earlier and on there it was said to be resolved in the latest update, however I am still experiencing this same issue when attempting to start up Yakuza Dead Souls on the latest version, updated today (0.0.35 - 17600). It was working fine yesterday. Now when I launch the game it freezes at the end of the "Building SPU Cache" process, and when I then close the emulator window the entire application crashes with an unhandled exception: ·F 0:00:35.061970 SIG: Thread terminated due to fatal error: Unhandled Win32 exception 0xC0000005. Segfault reading location 000000000000001c at 00000000011216b0. Thread: Main Thread. Instruction address: 00000000011216b0. Function address: 000000000112167e (base+0x111167e). Module name: 'rpcs3.exe'. Module base: 0000000000010000. RPCS3 image base: 0000000000010000. Full log is attached. Interestingly I did try some other games and they started fine, it's only Y: DS that has this problem for me. Cheers, Liam |
