FIFA 19 (NPEB02461) F VM: Access violation - fernandomachine - 08-18-2021
FIFA does not advance loading screen.
The emulator shows the following message:
"F VM: Access violation reading location 0x37aba5a8 (unmapped memory) [type=u32]"
SO: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit (20H2)
CPU: Intel Core i5 8400
GPU: GTX 1060 (6GB)
RAM: HyperX 16 gb(2400 mhz)
Driver GPU: version 471.41

You are missing the .rap for this game to work.

I followed the recommendation from the RPCS3 website:
Session:
Installing PlayStation 3 titles
PSN .rap files must be placed in...
1- "Drag and drop them to the main emulator window"
Then on the main screen of the emulator:
2 - Remove All chaches (FIFA 19)
Game working!
