Hi,
Just tested for over (45 minutes) SAW [BLUS-30358] (North-American release) and looks to be playing just fine. I did not noticed any slow down. To me, it was constant 30 FPS.

RPCS3 0.0.10-10554-ab9cdc70 Alpha
CPU settings:
PPU LLVM
SPU ASMJIT
SPU Threads : Auto
GPU Settings:
Vulkan
1280x720
Framelimit: Off
Audio Settings:
xAudio2
Downmix to Stereo: Off
Advanced:
Load liblv2.sprx only
My Setup:
Ryzen 7 2700X
32Gb RAM Corsair Vengeance (2x 16Gb)
nVidia RTX 2070
The only very minor thing I noticed was that some models, including main character, can quickly blink for not even half a second but that's occasional.
