Shimmer effect that makes some models look white on Vulkan. Plays OK otherwise! Works well at 60fps with Vblank 120hz.
OpenGL is just black screen.

Just chcked on NA version, yeah even on lower spec PC (with i5 7400) it's around 28~30 FPS (game's original framerate) w/o vblank, but this light issue are present.
