Game needs "Enable lv2 exception handler" - Jon - 04-16-2020

So I was trying to start TEST70001 but everytime I open the game I get a black screen.
I tried all the PPUs and SPUs setting. Even activated the debug console mode but nothing.

Everytime I get this at the TTY window.

Please check if your Target Manager is set correctly:
- Right click on the 'devkit' and select properties
- Go to the Load options
- Enable 'Enable miscellaneous settings' option
- Enable 'Enable lv2 exception handler' option
