cant open rpcs3 - Ika - 04-30-2019
i just downloaded this emulator, and when i tried to open it, it gave me the error message "vulkan-1.dll not found" ive reinstalled the thing several times but it wont work. anyone know whats going on, or how to help?

Use DDU and fully reinstall your drivers.
