Can't open RPCS3 - Reedmeister - 08-17-2018
When I open nothing appears, when I click on it again an error stating that it's already running. When I check on task manager I saw RPCS3 running as a background process, when I end it and launch it again, it'll repeat the process all over again.

This is due to to you having broken video driver entries in your system.
To fix this:
1. Remove your video drivers using DDU http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
2. Remove also AMD / nVidia drivers if you have switched your video card recently
3. Reinstall the latest version of your drivers
