Battlefield: Bad Company [BLUS30118] - stride630 - 01-11-2018 Ingame rpcs3-v0.0.4-2018-01-04-19d181fa_win64 ![]() RE: Battlefield: Bad Company [BLUS30118] - coolhardy100 - 12-16-2021 Wanted to give you guys an update since its now close to the end of 2021. RPCS3 v0.0.19-13104-43b7d1fe Alpha | HEAD AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor | 16 Threads | 31.92 GiB RAM | TSC: 3.600GHz | AVX+ | FMA3 Operating system: Windows, Major: 10, Minor: 0, Build: 19044, Service Pack: none, Compatibility mode: 0 Found vulkan-compatible GPU: 'Radeon RX Vega' running on driver 2.0.204 Firmware version: 4.88 I beat the game in one day 3 unknown crashes since the emulator didn't give me no errors it just froze on me. Cutscenes: Stable 30fps Gameplay: Traversal 30fps Heavy firefight and explosions 20s to 30fps Configurations: CPU: everything Default GPU: Write Color Buffering [Checked] Anti-Aliasing [Disable] Using Resolution Scaler makes explosions and fire extremely pixelated and like a grid use resolution scale threshold to help with this. so far 512x512 completely breaks the game graphically. 256x256 helped a lot but i still saw some pixelation. my advice is to use FSR if you want to play at 1440p or 4K. also sometimes audio can sound crackling at times. overall this game is almost fully playable. RE: Battlefield: Bad Company [BLUS30118] - hansschmucker2021 - 07-18-2023 Don't want to repeat everything here, so just a short headsup: I had a perfect run (no glitches, no crashes) start to finish in 4k using the European version of this game. My guess is that the same config could also be used for the US version, so have a look here: https://forums.rpcs3.net/showthread.php?tid=181229 , specifically https://forums.rpcs3.net/showthread.php?tid=181229&pid=323923#pid323923 RE: Battlefield: Bad Company [BLUS30118] - stride630 - 09-28-2024 Battlefield Bad Company is fully playable at 30 fps with no crashing and only minor graphics and audio issues.Edit: Turning on SPU Accurate XFloat does seem to fix the graphics issues but it also can lower fps which can cause audio issues. ![]() |
