The other version was marked playable but since was a more recent report I went through and tested it.
I did the mission the trial allowed me to do without any problems, full version should be fine.
Playable.

You need to dump the license from your PS3 as explained on
https://wiki.rpcs3.net/index.php?title=Help:Dumping_PlayStation_3_games#Dumping_PSN_games
Without the license it will only run the Trial
