goes ingame with liblv2.sprx only takes a long time to compile the shaders and frame rate is about 8fps in game with both vulkan and opengl images

it means you have installed add-ons (challenge/characters packs, etc.) to the game without update 01.01.
Just install update 01.01 before installing the add-ons.
Turn on "Write Color Buffer" (GPU tab) if the game starts but the only thing you see is a black screen.
Turn on "Read Color Buffers" (Advanced tab) if some elements flicker in the game.
