I've done everything in the quickstart. I've tried googling and tried almost everything and still no results.
This error comes when i try to open rpcs3.exe
My computer specs are
Windows 7 Ultimate Edition 64 bits
Intel core i3 3220
Amd radeon r7 200 series
Tried with uninstalling net framework and re installing it
Same with direct x
