Run, yes. Play games properly, probably not.
That CPU is complete garbage.
You'll be able to play lighter games like Arkedo.

But naruto storm run good on a intel dual core e5700 4gb ram 5450 512mb,with 5-10fps,will run 20-30 fps on i3.

It runs 20-30fps on my i7-6700HQ, I doubt it will on a bad underclocked i3
