Intro
Automatically load required libraries:
On Vulkan, DX12 and OpenGL it freezes once the loading screen appears.
Load liblv2.sprx only:
On OpenGL it will reach the start screen (it is not responsive to button presses).
On Vulkan it will freeze on the loading screen once the second question appears.
On DX12 it will freeze on the loading screen after the first question's answer appears. Once I stop it or close the window RPCS3 will stop working.

Ingame, Megamouse's recent Cellpad fixes a few days ago now allows this game (and many of the other Nascar games) to accept inputs
The screen goes white from time to time and performance is very low also graphics and audio are not good, it's pretty far from playable.
