This build marks the first time going Ingame! When it asks you to reconnect your controller do what it says, i unplugged my DS3 controller then plugged it back in and was able to start the game.
Requires OpenGL or graphics will be black ingame, graphics with OpenGL are very green and have wrong colors however this depends on the camera angle as seen in the second screenshot colors are fine.

Color issue has been fixed and the game works with Vulkan as well now.
Also didn't ask me to reconnect my controller anymore. Performance is good but the game hangs very frequently so still not playable.
