RE: Dragon's Crown [BLUS30767] - Baryon - 11-27-2016 Used identical settings and emulator version as user Ripika, but got stuck on character selection with the: Access violation reading address 0xc Switched to PPU decoder (precise) and turned off frame limiting and now it works fine. Sound is a bit lagging but video has a really good frame rate. Fully playable imo RE: Dragon's Crown [BLUS30767] - ssshadow - 11-28-2016 Frame limit shouldn't matter, just using the precise PPU interpreter should do it. RE: Dragon's Crown [BLUS30767] - buttfaceidot - 11-28-2016 Hey everyone, Seem to be getting a strange error when I try to run the game; specifics below- CPU: i5-4590 @ 3.30 GHz GPU: Radeon RX 480 LLE: libfiber.sprx.elf libl10n.sprx.elf libresc.sprx.elf librtc.sprx.elf libspurs_jq.sprx.elf libsre.sprx.elf libsync2.sprx.elf PPU: Fast SPU: ASMJIT The game will seemingly boot up, but before anything loads on the screen, I see the following message in the log in red: "E {PPU[0x70000010] Thread (FiberFunc) [0x008e8e44]} sceNpTrophy: sceNpTrophyRegisterContext(context=0x18, handle=0x19, statusCb=*0xb34720, arg=*0x282418fc, options=0x1)" After that, the FPS sits constant at a number around 10 FPS, and nothing else happens. No response from hitting any buttons, either via video or audio. I've tried messing with the PPU and SPU settings, testing the game from several different sources, but I always seem to get this same issue. I attached my log in .rar form; anyone have any ideas? Thanks, -bfi RE: Dragon's Crown [BLUS30767] - ssshadow - 11-30-2016 Try to LLE: libfont, libfontFT, libfreetype, libfreetypeTT And maybe also: libaudio RE: Dragon's Crown [BLUS30767] - Spiku - 12-19-2016 Wanted to chime in that I am also having the black screen issue: Loads a black screen, drops the fps low, and then no inputs or outputs. I get exactly the same error code as above E {PPU[0x70000010] Thread (FiberFunc) [0x008e8e44]} sceNpTrophy: sceNpTrophyRegisterContext(context=0x18, handle=0x19, statusCb=*0xb34720, arg=*0x282418fc, options=0x1) The steps I follow: Download emulator Download a database of LLE Activate: libfiber.prx libl10n.prx libresc.prx librtc.prx.elf libspurs_jq.prx libsre.prx libsync2.prx Load game Are there any obvious steps we are missing? At one point I had followed a different list from another site I cannot find now, and had got as far as character select which then froze, but I have since deleted and started over and can only get as far as the black screen RE: Dragon's Crown [BLUS30767] - Ani - 12-19-2016 Trophies are not implemented, that's just indicating what values the game is trying to pass to that function, not a game breaking error. RE: Dragon's Crown [BLUS30767] - Neo Cyrus - 12-20-2016 I don't think any sort of brute forcing is going to to get Dragon's Crown running at 60 fps, at least not with the settings we're using. I tried pushing my Haswell CPU to it's limits up from 4.3GHz to 4.5GHz and that literally made zero difference, not a half a frame, it's still sitting at around 57 fps. So I doubt even a de-lided Kaby Lake chip at 5GHz can prevent stutters. Is it even CPU limited? It's impossible to tell from the task manager, those stats are useless, I have no idea how many threads it's even using. Or here is an idea: open config.yml in notepad++ and set Code: Frame limit: 65 ![]() RE: Dragon's Crown [BLUS30767] - hecta - 01-06-2017 I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. I'm using the exact same configuration as Ripika, and using the US Disc version of the game, but I just get a black screen and very low FPS, tried using diferent decoders and it's the same. Currently on Windows 8. Included the log file too |
