Doesn't look anything wrong. Maybe broke at one point. Update your drivers and stuff.

everything is updated i have the vulkan drivers that were just out a few days ago

Amd's Vulkan drivers doesn't ship with d3d component

i went back with the previous drivers and it still crashes after i hit arcade mode to play the game

Works for me on R9 290 with

(Though framerate isn't that good and I think It doesn't terminate threads properly on exit - after I closed the game it still spammed log with
"·E {PPU Thread[0x55] (CriSr_ProcessServer)[0x0024459c]} cellSync: cellSyncMutexTryLock() -> CELL_SYNC_ERROR_BUSY (0x8041010a)"
I'm using Radeon Software Version 16.1 driver.

i was on that driver b4 and it still crashed after i hit the arcade mode my card can run dx12 api ive used it on ashes of the singularity dx 12 api

Maybe your game pkg is corrupted?
Also is the log you posted from vulkan drivers or before?
