It only works on interpreter but the game is fast enough on Ivy bridge on stock. Some minor, almost unnoticeable audio clips in transitions. I have the patch from https://github.com/RPCS3/rpcs3/issues/3013#issuecomment-320465335 applied, so i haven't found any problems at all.
